VisionMark provides a complete line of custom membrane switches and membrane keypads. Like all our products, we design and manufacture these Membrane Switches with the functional and graphics options required by demanding markets and applications. With our wide variety of design options, you can tailor your keypad and Membrane Switch for your unique application.

VisionMark has the capability to manufacture Membrane Switches and keypads in our Sidney, Ohio plant. In addition, we source larger production runs from experienced ISO 9000 registered offshore manufacturing partners. The VisionMark staff takes full responsibility for manufacturing, supplier audits, plus full testing and inspection of all Membrane Switches at our Ohio facilities. Bar Code Labels and RFID Labels

VisionMark produces Bar Code and RFID labels for a variety of customers and markets. Our traditional Bar Code products use traditional technology, while our newest Automatic Identification Products utilize RFID inlays.

Bar Code Labels
Bar Code labels provide users with fast and accurate reads of encoded data. While the Bar Code Label has its limitations, it has done a remarkable job of remaining current as technology evolved. VisionMark Bar Code Labeling systems have supported many technological evolutions and remain a viable data collection tool. VisionMark produces Bar Code Labels in all common and many proprietary formats.

RFID Labels
VisionMark provides a variety of RFID Labels in various sizes, form factors, constructions, and power levels. Our RFID Labeling consists of an integrated circuit and antenna (the inlay) included in custom constructions, suitable for demanding applications.

Our manufacturing processes include encoding your custom data in each RFID Label, plus final verification of the integrity of every transponder. We also design and manufacture encapsulated RFID "hard tags" that withstand severe service environments.

Both Bar Codes and RFID Labels improve accuracy and efficiency in data collection processes for many activities including supply chain management, logistics tracking, and retail point-of-sale.

Durable Labels

VisionMark designs and manufactures a wide array of durable Labels and Label products. We provide warning Labels, instructional Labels, compliance Labels, regulatory Labels, and branding Labels. We produce Labels using numerous constructions to satisfy diverse uses and service environments; and we print on a wide variety of substrates, including metals and polymers, using standard colors, custom matched colors, or specialty inks.

VisionMark also produces UL Labels and CSA approved Labels constructions and ANSI compliant graphics.

Durable Nameplates

Your Nameplates project your identity. Our staff can provide durable Nameplate designs and constructions that reflect the care and pride you put in all your products. We design and manufacture a wide array of Nameplate products suitable for corporate branding, product identification, and other OEM graphics.

VisionMark's design staff and our manufacturing capabilities ensure your Nameplates retain the look you want through the life of your product. VisionMark works with a wide variety of Nameplate materials including both metal and plastics, many with UL and CSA recognized Nameplate constructions. Our finishing methods can protect Nameplates against the deterioration caused by service environments.

Graphic Overlays

Graphic Overlays provide the necessary brand identity, instructions, machine feednack and tactile feel necessary for effective interfaces with membrane switches and other panels. In addition, the Graphic Overlay or switch Overlay defines key locations when used with mechanical switches. An effective Overlay is critical to the equipment user's experience. Every time an operator uses these Overlays, and the switches below them, they experience your company and the quality of your product.
