Bar Code and RFID Labels
VisionMark produces Automatic Identification and Data Collection (AIDC) products for a variety of customers and markets. Our traditional AIDC products
use existing bar code technology, while our newest AIDC solutions include the use of RFID inlays. Both systems improve accuracy and efficiency in data
collection processes for many activities including supply chain management, logistics tracking, and retail point-of-sale.
Bar Code Labels
The bar code provides users with fast and accurate reads of encoded data. While the bar code has its limitations, it has done a remarkable job of remaining
current as technology evolved. VisionMark bar code labeling systems have supported many technological evolutions including:
- Mainframe to more adaptable PC computing
- Database development technology
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and other critical software applications
RFID Labels
RFID technology was introduced over fifty years ago, but OEMs have only recently adapted it for supply chain management and collaborative commerce.
VisionMark has the experience and capabilities to support RFID labeling as part of our AIDC product line.
VisionMark provides a variety of RFID labels in various sizes, form factors, constructions, and power levels. Our RFID labeling consists of an
integrated circuit and antenna (the inlay) included in custom constructions, suitable for demanding applications.
Our manufacturing processes include encoding your custom data in each label, plus final verification of the integrity of every transponder. We also
design and manufacture encapsulated RFID "hard tags" that withstand severe service environments. VisionMark enjoys partnerships with leading RFID inlay manufacturers to offer you a comprehensive range of Gen 1 - Class 0, Gen 1 - Class 1, and
Gen 2 - Class 1 smart labels that are 100% verified, with or without encoding. Call your VisionMark Customer Service Representative for additional
