Chemical Etching
VisionMark is the world's largest and most experienced zinc photoengraver.
VisionMark and its predecessors have been etching for over 125 years.
We utilize three digitally controlled Tasope bath etchers, two 300-litre models
and one 200-litre model for precise engraving. All VisionMark etched products
are made with commercially pure zinc in thicknesses ranging from 0.032" to
0.250". Our maximum single part size is 23.5" x 46."
Etched zinc products are detailed engravings finished with a wide variety of
colors and tints. The etchings are used as product identification, serial
plates, front panels and decorative trim in many industrial applications.
Customers who purchase this product like its rich good looks and incredible
durability in the most severe environments.
