Injection Molding
In addition to our printed products, VisionMark offers injection molded
thermoplastic nameplates and decorative trim. These attractive and durable
products are manufactured with colored plastics resins that are injected into
precision molds under high temperatures and pressures.
Molded nameplates provide additional design alternatives for product
identification needs. These three dimensional products are suitable for a
variety of applications including lawn and garden equipment, consumer and
professional electronics, and many others.
VisionMark offers a selection of thermoplastics depending on your application.
This includes heat resistant, UV resistant, flexible, or unbreakable plastics.
They are also available in standard and custom colors.
Our molded products have crisp copy and can have complex background finishes or
textures. The resulting three dimensional products can be finished with many
techniques including hot stamping, pad printing, paint-filling, screen
printing, heat transfer, chrome plating, and in-mold decorating.
VisionMark's molding facility includes 15 injection molding presses. The
capabilities range from 13 ton (1/2 oz.) for small intricate parts to 210 ton
(16 oz.) for larger parts.
