Die Cutting

Precision die cutting provides for simple rectangular or circular configuration of parts or very complex shapes. Graphics designers are able to use VisionMark's precision die-cutting capability to achieve their objective for presentation and function with these die cutting processes.

VisionMark can die cut all their printed products. Screen print, flexo print, hot stamp print, and thermal print products can all be die cut either in-line during primary processing or in a secondary process.

VisionMark has both 100 ton clam shell press and 40 ton precision four post press capabilities. In addition we have two 20 ton metal stamping presses for die cutting our etched zinc products.
