Embossing

Embossing provides both functional and decorative options to the engineered graphics designer. Embossed parts provide a rich dimensional look to many printed products. This can be used to accent a logo or emphasize one of the design elements. Embossing is also used for functional purposes in the design and production of membrane switch overlays.

VisionMark can emboss all their printed products. Screen print, flexo print, hot stamp print, and thermal print products can all be embossed in-line during primary processing or in a secondary process. These capabilities include some of the same facilities and equipment used to die cut VisionMark products.

Embossing tolerances must consider material properties, equipment capabilities and tooling.
