Electronic File Transfer

VisionMark is equipped to handle artwork of just about any kind. However, we prefer to work with electronic files, which may be emailed or sent via disk (floppy or Zip). If you do not generate computer artwork/drawing we can work from anything, but we prefer 1:1 blueprints with exact dimensions.

Please follow the guidelines below when sending your electronic files so we may ensure high quality and rapid response:

Please include the following with your order:

  • Fonts: A complete list of fonts sizes.
  • Files: A complete list of the exact names of each file used, including extensions (.tif, .eps, .ai, etc.)
  • Colors: A list of all colors and color numbers (Pantone 456, etc.)
  • Proof: A hard copy of the artwork or a PDF to show what the final job should look like.
  • Any additional specifications or performance requirements for the part.

Sending Your Files or Artwork

  • Email to engineering@visionmark.com or to the individual. Each designer has an email address beginning with first name initial, last name, and ending with @visionmark.com. ie: John Smith would be jsmith@visionmark.com)
  • Disk or non-electronic art should be sent to:
