Product Testing
VisionMark provides complete product and application testing services through our long associations with accredited commercial testing labs. We
have the ability to offer many tests, including UV resistance, abrasion, accelerated aging, and color fading in actual applications.
We offer ASTM and PSTC adhesive testing for initial tack, shear, peel adhesion and release of adhesives. In addition we have available to us
specialized high and low temperature environmental test capabilities including:
- Freezer: -60° C
- Cold Room: +35° F
- SAFT (Shear Adhesive Failure): +400° F
- Temperature/Humidity Chamber: +100° F/90% RH
VisionMark regularly conducts accelerated weatherization and aging tests. This includes UV resistance and color fade testing and evaluation.
We also offer complete metallurgical testing services for our metals-based product lines. Our capabilities include SEM and other
metalographic tests and reports to ASTM standards. We also provide chemical analysis with AA testing techniques and corrosion testing to
NACE standards. Finally, we can provide a full range of mechanical tests for metal nameplate and front panels.
